Staff were friendly and efficient, readily accommodating requests. The location was ideal for exploring. I could easily walk to the city center and other attractions.

The room lighting was a bit dim. It would have been helpful to have brighter lights near the mirror.

The staff was very helpful and attentive. I really appreciated their quick responses. Chocolate cookies at the reception were tasty, and I liked this touch. The hotel location allowed walking distance access to many restaurants and historic sites.

The shower pressure was just a bit low for my liking.

the staff offered a warm welcome upon my arrival. i found the breakfast selection quite exquisite (especially the fresh fruit). the hotel's location was very convenient, close to both the town center and main train stations.

the room i had was on the smaller side for two people. i noticed the bathroom needed a light over the sink and mirror. the check-in process was a little slow.
